Hi!

My name is Denis. I am a crafter based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Crafting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My earliest memory of crafting was when a local performer, named Lois Walker, came to my elementary school with all of her handmade puppets. Lois had a TV variety show that was on public television which I would watch religiously as well as columns in our local news paper. From her show I learned to make many different hand puppets from recycled supplies in my home… ice cream buckets and fun fur were her specialty. My parents had set up a desk for me in a spare room and I’d spend hours gluing fur and google eyes and performing puppet shows for my family.

Fast forward many, many years and here I am — still crafting!
